We currently accommodate group sizes ranging from solo hunters to groups of up to 12 people. Whether you’re looking for a quiet, one-on-one experience with your guide or planning a hunt with friends, family, or a team, we can tailor the tour to meet your group’s needs and preferences.

How do I make a reservation?
Making a reservation is simple! Just head over to our booking calendar on the website and select a date and time that works best for you. This initial step helps us reserve your spot and begin planning your custom hunting experience based on your availability and preferences.
Once you’ve booked your time, we’ll follow up personally to go over all the details—including location, group size, desired duration, and any special accommodations. This gives us a chance to fine-tune the experience before anything is finalized.
No payment is necessary to book your trip at this stage. We believe in building the right plan first, then confirming the details together. After our initial conversation, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know for the next steps.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Please note that the initial reservation is 100% free—no payment is required to hold your spot. Simply select a time on our booking calendar that works for you, and we’ll be in touch to go over the details and customize your hunt to fit your needs.
Once we finalize your trip together, our cancellation and refund policy comes into play. If you need to cancel with more than 7 days’ notice, you’re eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule with no penalty. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of your scheduled tour, we’ll do our best to reschedule, but a refund is not guaranteed due to limited spots and preparation time.
